How can I edit information that was extracted from an SDS?

Every field extracted from an SDS — not just the product name — uses the same hover-to-edit pattern:

1. Open the substance from "All my SDSs," Manage SDS Library, or "All our SDSs" to reach its Substance details page
2. Hover over the value you want to change — a pencil icon appears, the same way it does for the product name (see editing the product name for exactly what that looks like)
3. Click the pencil, edit the value, and save it
4. To add a field that wasn't extracted at all, press the "+" button to see the relevant parameters for that section and fill one in
