I received a PDF file from our supplier

This is the most common way libraries grow day to day, and it's the simplest path:

1. Open Manage SDS Library and click Add Safety Data Sheet
2. Drag the PDF straight into the drop area, or click Browse Files to pick it from your computer 1
3. SDS Manager reads the file and extracts the product information automatically — no manual data entry needed
