What do I do if an SDS I need is not in the SDS Manager database?

Our database has 18 million+ Safety Data Sheets, but occasionally a search still comes up empty. When that happens, the search results page itself offers two built-in options 1 2:

• 1 Search Google for "..." — reruns your search on Google in a new tab so you can find and download the PDF yourself, then upload it with "Upload PDF file"
• 2 Click to request us to find it for you — our team adds it to your library within 24 hours, at no extra cost

If neither turns anything up, email your supplier directly and ask for the current SDS — by law, they're required to provide it to you. While you wait, you can save the product's basic information manually so it's not lost track of; see adding chemicals without an SDS.
