Do I need to fill in Transport Information (UN number)?

Only if your product is classified as dangerous for transport. Section 14 opens with a toggle — “This Substance/Mixture is not classified as Dangerous for Transport.” Switch it on and nothing else in the section is required.

Leave it off (i.e. your product is dangerous for transport, which is the default for a Hazardous Product) and two fields become required: UN/ID Number and Transport Mode. Class or Division, Shipping Name, Sub Risk, and Packaging Group stay optional either way.
