Can I create an SDS without adding my company details?

No. Company name is a required field — it's what appears in Section 1 of every SDS, so ExactSDS won't let you create a document until at least one company is added under Company. It only takes a minute, and once it's set up you won't need to re-enter it on future SDS documents.
