What is APB, and does it apply to us?

This one only applies in Denmark. APB (Arbejdspladsbrugsanvisning — "workplace instruction") is a Danish-law requirement: one approved instruction per hazardous substance, valid for 3 years, with local notes on handling, storage, disposal, and other precautions specific to your site. It's a close sibling of the UK's Risk Evaluation/COSHH pair, but with its own Danish-specific approval and validity rules.

If your account's country is set to Denmark and the APB permission is enabled, you'll see a dedicated APB item in the sidebar between Risk Assessments and Work Procedures. It gives you a review queue (with filters for missing/has MAL-code and how long ago each was approved), an editor with AI-assisted text condensing per section, a template library so repeated wording doesn't have to be retyped, and a QR code on printed labels that opens the approved APB directly — no login needed — for anyone scanning it on the shop floor. Once approved, an APB locks for editing; you have to remove the approval first if local notes need changing.

Denmark-only — gated on the account's country being set to Denmark plus the APB Management permission.
