How can I send a message to our employees about how to find Safety Data Sheets?

Two steps: create a QR code user (see QR poster access), then send your team a ready-made message from the QR Access page's "see a suggested go-live email" link. It pre-fills a subject and body with the library link and a QR poster download 1 2, which you can edit before sending.

Important: don't use the Send button to email your whole team directly from SDS Manager — bulk sends like that tend to land in spam. Instead, send the message to your own inbox first, then forward it to your team from your normal company email account.
