How do I create a product label with a QR code on it?

Every label SDS Manager generates — container labels, SDS binders, risk assessments, job procedures, reports — already includes a scannable QR code linking back to the SDS. To print one for a specific product:

  1. Open All my SDSs or Manage SDS Library
  2. Find the product and click the Print Label icon in the Actions column 1
  3. Choose a label size, then download or print

You can also choose how hazard statements read on the label: standardized wording per hazard/precautionary code, or the exact text pulled straight from the source PDF 2. PPE icons, NFPA/HMIS diamonds (US/CA), and the information message are all customizable in the same print view before you download. The QR code on the finished label 1 is unique to this SDS — scanning it with an ordinary phone camera (no app needed) opens this exact SDS's PDF directly, which is the fastest way to get an employee from a container straight to its SDS without them searching anything.

Fixed: added the hazard-statement wording choice and PPE/NFPA customization, which the original article didn't mention at all, plus a screenshot of where the Print Label action actually lives.
