How do I create a Risk Evaluation for a chemical?

From the Risk evaluation page, click Add risk evaluation, then search your library by product name, supplier, CAS#, UFI#, or EU number. Click the + next to the SDS you want and it's added instantly — no location or extra setup needed at this point — with a snackbar confirming "Risk evaluation added successfully."

The new entry appears in the list as a Draft with every rating shown as "-" until you go in and actually rate the hazards (see the 3-step rating walkthrough). From that same list you can also filter by product name, location, author, and status, and there's a checkbox to also show evaluations for SDSs on archived locations.
