How do I add Safety Data Sheets to my library?

However you currently track chemicals, there's a fast way in — and all five live together as tabs on one screen 1, so you can mix and match instead of committing to just one:

  • Search our database of 18 million+ Safety Data Sheets by product, supplier, CAS#, UFI#, or EU number — the fastest path when you already know what you're looking for
  • Scan a barcode on the container with your phone — no app install needed, and most teams add 100+ products in under an hour this way
  • Take pictures of chemical labels if you don't have a list yet and barcodes aren't practical
  • Import your existing XLS/CSV product list in bulk
  • Upload SDS-PDF files or scan an SDS binder you already have on hand

The search box also has Region EU / Region US toggle tags above it, so you can narrow results to SDSs formatted for a specific region if your supplier publishes more than one version.

Prefer to add or manage sheets one at a time instead of through the dashboard flow? Manage SDS Library in the left sidebar 1 lists everything already in your library, with an Add Safety Data Sheet button 2 for adding one more directly. No SDS yet for a product? Add it anyway as an SDS Request — we'll help you track down the right sheet.

Fixed: database size (13M → 18M+). Fixed: the five import methods used to be described as separate flows across different pages — they're one unified screen now.
