Are there any startup costs?

No. SDS Manager charges no startup fees, setup fees, or onboarding fees — you only pay our monthly (or annual) subscription for the SDS package tier you choose. Importing your existing library, setting up locations and users, and configuring QR access are all included in that subscription, whichever migration path you use.
