Can I ask an AI assistant questions about a specific SDS?

1 Open the AI Assistant from the row

Every SDS row in My SDS has a purple "Ai" icon in its Actions column 1 that opens the SDS AI Assistant — a chat panel scoped to that one SDS.

2 Ask your question in plain language

The panel opens pre-seeded with "Ask me anything about SDS [Product]." Type a real-world question — for example, "What PPE do I need when handling this?" — into the box at the bottom 2 and send it. The assistant answers using that specific SDS's own data, not a generic answer for the chemical in general.

The assistant carries its own disclaimer — "This AI may not be 100% accurate. Please verify critical information" — so treat its answers as a fast starting point, not a substitute for reading the SDS itself for anything safety-critical.
