New Feature - GHS Shipping Label Printing
You can now generate and print GHS-compliant transport labels directly from your SDS inventory. No more manual formatting or juggling multiple systems.
Everything you need is in one place:
- Instant GHS-compliant transport labels from your existing SDSs
- Accurate hazard information pulled directly from your SDS library
- Customizable Label size according to your transport needs
- Customizable hazard information for display (i.e., pictograms, hazard statements, etc)

This feature is designed to help you save time, reduce errors, and keep your chemical shipments compliant with GHS requirements.
New Feature - AI Chatbot for SDS Information
We are excited to introduce a new AI-powered chatbot in SDS Manager, designed to make it easier than ever to access safety information directly from your Safety Data Sheets.
The chatbot allows you to ask natural language questions such as:
-
“How do I dispose of Acetone?”
-
“What PPE is needed when handling Xylene?”
-
“What is the density of engine oil?”
The AI chatbot provides quick answers by extracting data directly from your SDS library. We have taken strong measures to reduce hallucinations and ensure accuracy, but please note that it is still an AI-based tool—all answers should be verified against the official SDS.

Secondary Container Labels – New Customization Options
We’ve made it easier to create clear, compliant secondary container labels.
-
New toggles let you select exactly which information should be displayed on the label (e.g., hazard statements, precautionary statements, PPE icons).
-
Font size controls allow you to adjust text to fit different label formats, ensuring readability and flexibility for various container sizes.

Improved SDS Search
We’ve improved the way you search for Safety Data Sheets:
-
Global Index Search – When searching in our database of 16M+ SDS we now show auto complete suggestions as you type.

-
Library Search – Employees searching within your organization’s SDS library will also see auto-complete suggestions, helping them quickly locate the right SDS.

-
Simplified Interface – The search field in the top banner has been removed, since the same functionality is already available in the dedicated SDS search fields.
Improvements to the My SDS Page
-
Simplified SDS List – When the same SDS is linked to multiple locations a user has access to, it is now displayed only once in the My SDS list. A link shows the full list of locations where the SDS is used.

-
Improved Navigation – A single click on an SDS now opens the full SDS Detail View instead of showing a summary inline. This change was made based on customer feedback that the inline panel was difficult to close.
Manage SDS Library – Location Deletion
A new function has been added to the Manage SDS Library module:
-
You can now permanently delete locations, including those with linked SDSs.
First you archive the location, and from the Archive, you can select to permanently delete the location.
Safety Information Summary – Custom Printing Options
We’ve added new flexibility when creating Safety Information Summaries:
-
Custom Fields – You can now include custom fields in the printed summary.
-
Section Selection – Choose which sections of the SDS to include, so summaries contain only the information most relevant for your employees or documentation needs.

Left Menu Updates
-
“Manage QR Codes” has been renamed to “Employee Access”.
-
“All our SDS” has been moved to the top level and renamed “SDS Filter”.
-
A new “More” option has been added to the left menu, grouping less frequently used menus and settings in one place.

Secondary Container Label – QR Code Update
The QR codes printed on secondary container labels will now open the latest version of the SDS.
This ensures employees accessing safety information via QR code are viewing the most up-to-date version.
