Hazardous Substances — Redesigned Page The Hazardous Substances page has been fully redesigned with a cleaner layout and improved usability.
Hazardous List — Date Filter for Restricted Substances Users can now filter the Hazardous list by the date a substance was added to a restricted list. Only SDSs containing ingredients flagged after the selected date are shown, with matching CAS numbers highlighted in red. This makes it easy to monitor new regulatory changes that affect your inventory.
Secondary Container Label — Supplier Identification The Secondary Container print label now includes Supplier identification, matching the format of the Transport label.
Procedure Change Log All changes made to Job Procedures are now logged, providing a full audit trail per procedure.
Export SDS Library (XLSX) — Info Message Column A new Info Message column is now included in the SDS library Excel export, inserted between "Date added to library" and "Approved date".
SDS Where Newer Version Exists — Additional Information The "SDS where newer version exists" page now displays additional information to help users understand the available update before acting.
Barcode Scanner — Redesigned Flow The mobile barcode scanner flow has been redesigned: "Can't scan?" now slides up as a bottom sheet, button labels are shorter ("Done", "Save & Scan Next"), and the location picker shows a helpful subtitle. Updated across all 32 supported languages.
Barcode Search — AI Improvement When a barcode is not found in the SDS database, the system now queries AI as a fallback to identify the product.
Improvements
- My SDS page — load time reduced from ~20 seconds to near-instant for large inventories (~30,000 SDS)
- Dashboard & sidemenu — stats and SDS counts now update in real-time after mutations (add, archive, rename) without a manual reload
- SDS Requests/Tasks page — redesigned layout with a fixed Match SDS button
- Pending Tasks pages — API requests are now cancelled on navigation, preventing stale data from a previous page from appearing
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: External IDs not stored when uploading duplicate SDSs with tagged file names
- Fixed: CAS number advanced search
- Fixed: Barcode search failing for EAN/UPC codes with leading zeros from scanner hardware
- Fixed: Anchor button on Dashboard/Hazardous page scrolling to wrong profile section
