Dashboard
A redesigned dashboard is now available with a layout that adapts to your subscription type.
- Compliance Health Score — A new gauge (0–100%) shows your overall compliance at a glance, calculated from how current your SDSs are, how much of your inventory has risk assessments, and your SDS approval rate. Color-coded green / yellow / red so you can see immediately where attention is needed.
- Action Alerts — Clickable tiles surface outdated SDSs, unassessed risks, unapproved SDSs, and pending work procedures. Each tile takes you straight to the filtered list.
- Key Metrics & Disposal Categories — New inventory overview cards (Total SDS, Locations, Active Users, QR Access) and a D1–D5 disposal categories panel with color-coded breakdown.
- Onboarding for trial users — A new 6-step progress tracker (Create Locations → Add Products → Find SDS → Employee Access → Start Subscription → Go Live) guides new customers through setup, with personalized recommendations based on how their SDSs are currently stored.
PPE icons, GHS pictograms and hazard codes
Hover tooltips have been added across the SDS list, location chemicals table, and SDS detail page:
- PPE and control icons now show translated descriptions on hover
- GHS pictograms now show translated tooltips on the SDS detail page
- Hazard risk rating badges (H, H, S, E)* now show the description text below each H/P code on hover, e.g. "H226 (3) — Flammable liquid and vapour", in your GUI language
The SDS detail page also now shows the same derived PPE and control icons as the list view.
Work Procedure change log
The Work Procedure change log now captures four additional operations that previously had no audit trail:
- Linking and unlinking a location
- Edits to fields in the General tab
- Adding and removing non-substance items
- Changes in the Exposure tab
Combined with the existing logs for assigned user and linked SDS, every significant change to a Work Procedure is now fully traceable.
Performance
- Locations page — Customers with very large location hierarchies (3000+ locations including parent, sub, and sub-of-sub) will experience much faster and more responsive loading. The page no longer reloads the full location tree when only SDS counts change.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an error when updating the amount on a risk evaluation
- Manage Stock form now prevents submission of empty amounts
- Filename format conversion now correctly handles underscore-swap normalization
