Can SDS Manager automatically translate SDSs to another language?

Partially. SDS Manager's interface — labels, headings, and hazard/precautionary statements — automatically shows in whichever of our 32 supported languages a user selects. So if an employee views a French SDS with their language set to Spanish, the hazard and precautionary statements appear in Spanish.

However, text extracted directly from the original SDS PDF (composition details, first-aid text, and so on) stays in the language it was written in — it is not machine-translated.

For a genuinely multilingual workforce, you can also create separate QR codes per language — for example, one QR poster showing only your English-language library, and another showing only Spanish — so employees always land on SDSs in their own language. For full compliance in a given language, you should still upload SDS documents translated for that language rather than relying on the interface translation alone.
