Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

It depends on what you're changing, and whether you're still in your trial. Resizing how many SDSs your plan covers (e.g. 400 → 1,000) via the SDS package dropdown 2, and switching billing cadence via the Change button 1, both only become available once your trial has ended — during the trial itself they're hidden (see changing your plan during the trial period for how to switch tiers during the trial instead). Once available, resizing is self-service at any time, and you're only billed the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period — there's no cost penalty either way, so it's safe to start smaller and grow.

Switching plan tier (Free ↔ Basic ↔ Premium ↔ Pro) after your trial ends uses the same plan-comparison cards 3 used during the trial — each other tier's card has a "Change To [package] x [Tier]" button that switches you straight to that tier. If you'd rather not do it yourself, or the button isn't behaving as expected for your account, you can also reach out to the SDS Manager team directly (via the pricing page's Contact Us link, or your account contact) to have the tier change made for you — there's no lock-in period or cancellation fee either way, whether you're moving up for more features or down to cut cost.
