What can each team role do? (Owner, Admin, Author, Reviewer, Viewer)

ExactSDS uses 5 fixed roles, each with a different set of permissions:

Owner — full control over the organization, including everything below plus billing and ownership transfer. There's exactly one per organization: whoever created it (it isn't one of the options when you invite someone).

Admin — almost everything an Owner can do (create/read/update/delete/approve/publish SDS documents, manage the wallet, invite/remove members and change their roles, manage organization settings) except billing and ownership-level operations.

Author — can create, read, and update SDS documents and spend wallet credits, but can't approve, publish-approve, or delete documents, and can't manage members.

Reviewer — can read documents and approve/reject them, but can't create or edit SDS content.

Viewer — read-only: can view SDS documents, the wallet balance, and organization/member info, but can't change anything.

Roles are assigned per member when you invite them (see “How do I add teammates to my account?”) and can be changed later from the same Organization members screen.
